First Baptist Church in Johnson City, NY_________________________

This 68,425 square foot church was designed to serve all functions of a modern day church. This facility adds office space, gymnasium, classrooms for bible study as well as options for future expandability to an already impressive entry tower and main hall of worship.

Beck Group Project in Vestal, NY_______________________________

Designed by Root 2 architects and built by the Peter A. Rotella Corporation, this 6,240 sq. foot commercial building located on the Vestal Parkway will be a welcome addition to that area. The addition of cultured stone and dryvit products will enhance the overall look of this building, giving it a unique style all its own. Preliminary construction was started in April 2008 and commenced around August 2008.

HSBC Bank in Endwell, NY____________________________________

HSBC Bank on Main Street in Endwell, NY. This 3,840 sq. ft. building was designed to incorporate traditional designs and lots of glass for an "open " feel. Note the entrance tower and red color alucobond panels that match their existing corporate logo.

MaineSource in Binghamton, NY_______________________________

Mainesource hired architects to design a new food and party warehouse facility to be located on Front Street in Binghamton, NY. The Peter A. Rotella Corporation was hired to contract the whole project with a tight deadline. We met the challenges head on and the results speak for themselves.
